Integration of health-safe technologies in the formation of health-safe and health-promotion skills in children of older preschool age

The article highlights the theoretical and practical aspects of implementing health-saving technologies in the process of forming skills for preserving and strengthening the health of children of senior preschool age. The emphasis is placed on the fact that modern challenges - a decrease in physical activity, emotional stress, a change in the social environment - require new approaches to organizing the educational process in preschool education. The authors systematized the types of health-saving technologies (physical culture and health-improving, psychological and relaxation, educational and hygienic, socially adaptive) and proved their effectiveness based on the analysis of modern scientific literature and pedagogical practice. Particular attention is paid to the methodology of physical education as a key element of the integration of health-saving technologies: its role in the formation of physical skills, the development of endurance, coordination of movements and laying the foundations of an active lifestyle in children of senior preschool age is revealed.
The pedagogical conditions, forms and means of integrating health-saving technologies into the process of forming skills for preserving and strengthening health in children of senior preschool age are substantiated. Special attention is paid to the practical aspect: examples of integrating health-saving technologies into routine moments of the day are given, games, exercises, thematic classes and relaxation techniques adapted to the age characteristics of children 5–6 years old are described. The key principles of effective formation of healthy habits are determined: systematicity, accessibility, individualization, cooperation with parents. Methods of actively involving preschoolers in health-saving activities are presented, in particular through outdoor games, breathing exercises, art therapy, interactive classes and thematic events. The importance of creating an appropriate health-saving environment and interagency interaction (teacher - medical worker - parents) is substantiated.
The article determines the effectiveness of implementing health-preserving technologies and physical education methods in the formation of skills for preserving and strengthening health through purposeful planning of the educational process in a preschool educational institution, taking into account age characteristics and modern educational approaches. Examples of planning health-preserving activities and their impact on the physical condition and social adaptation of preschoolers are considered.
